Attorney Job Description: A well-established, client-focused law
firm in Montgomery County, MD is seeking a Real Estate
Transactional Attorney to join its collaborative Business Group.
This mid-sized firm has built a strong reputation over 45 years for
delivering legal services with integrity, compassion, and
excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Handle commercial real estate
transactions including leasing, acquisitions, and financing. -
Draft and negotiate purchase/sale agreements, commercial leases,
and loan documents. - Advise clients on entity formation and
operating agreements for real estate ventures. - Collaborate with a
diverse client base including developers, lenders, tenants, and
landlords across the Washington Metropolitan area. Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in real estate transactional law. - Strong
skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis. -
Licensed to practice in Maryland (or eligible to sit for the
Maryland Bar); DC and Virginia Bar admissions are a plus. -
Excellent communication, organizational, and legal writing skills.
