Supervise and lead all maintenance activities and staff, ensuring work is executed efficiently and safely. Develop maintenance schedules and enforce adherence to prevent and reduce equipment downtime. Train and mentor team members on best maintenance practices and safety protocols. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, proposing and implementing cost-effective solutions. Collaborate with other departments to improve production capacities and streamline operations. Manage maintenance budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and cost control. Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold safety and quality standards. Strong leadership and managerial skills. Expert knowledge in mechanical systems and troubleshooting. Proficiency in using maintenance management software. Ability to analyze and implement process improvement initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
