Join Cargill's dynamic Food & Beverage Operations team as an HVAC and Ref/Boiler Technician and play a pivotal role in maintaining the climate control and refrigeration systems crucial to our food processing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the HVAC, refrigeration, and boiler systems. This position is critical to ensuring the optimal operating condition of our facilities, which is essential for maintaining the quality and safety of the food products we provide globally. Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and boiler systems to ensure efficiency and longevity. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in the climate control and refrigeration equipment. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in all assigned tasks. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and parts inventory. Collaborate with facility management team to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize operational disruptions. In-depth knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and boiler systems. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using HVAC repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
