Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity seeks
skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide
specialized support within a school setting. Working primarily with
elementary and high school students, you will play a vital role in
implementing behavior intervention strategies to help students
succeed academically and socially. Locations include: Walkersville
High School: Delivering 1:1 support to students with behavioral
needs Centerville Elementary: Offering programmatic support
tailored to student goals Key responsibilities: Implement behavior
intervention plans under supervision Collect and analyze data to
track student progress Collaborate with teachers, behavior
specialists, and support staff Support a positive learning
environment for diverse learners Qualifications and experience:
Current active RBT certification/license required Experience
working in schools or educational settings preferred Ability to
follow supervision protocols provided by board-certified behavior
analysts (BCBAs) Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to supporting students with special behavioral needs
This contract position starts immediately and extends through June
12. It offers a focused opportunity to impact student growth within
Frederick County's educational community. Pay is competitive for
