Job Description:
A highly respected local General Contractor is seeking a
Superintendent to join their growing team! They have a backlog of
local and regional projects and need a Superintendent ready to go
where needed to complete these highly esteemed projects. This is an

client and are looking for that Superintendent to be client facing
as well as have a thorough knowledge in commercial construction

Superintendent Qualifications: • 10 years of experience as a
Construction Superintendent (with ground-up project experience) •
B.S. in a Construction related degree is preferred, but other
applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered •
Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a
proven history of upholding those policies and procedures • Ability
to supervise Field Employees and Subcontractors on a project •
Extensive knowledge in construction processes that aid in
