Join a team with a proven track record -seven successful placements already thriving here. Description Assist Project Managers with construction administration on projects ranging from $250K to $3M . Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes , and basic estimating tasks. Participate in site visits and coordination meetings . Opportunity to run smaller projects independently (typically under $500K). Contribute to JOC work for K-12 schools, municipal and local government, including renovation, infrastructure, and small base building. Use Procore, Microsoft Office, and Excel to manage documentation and workflows. Profile 2-5 years of construction experience in a GC environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks across several projects. Experience with Procore and Excel preferred. Estimating experience or ability is a big plus. A self-starter mindset with a desire to grow into a full PM role.
