Job Description:
Clean Harbors seeks a dedicated and driven Sales and Service
Representative Senior (Hourly) to join our team. This role is
pivotal in promoting and providing environmental safety services to
clients across North America, focusing on hazardous waste disposal,
emergency response, and industrial cleaning. The successful
candidate will be responsible for maintaining high customer
satisfaction and meeting sales targets while ensuring adherence to
environmental laws and safety standards. Develop and maintain
strong customer relationships with new and existing clients,
ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Identify customer
needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Clean Harbors'
services. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed
sales targets. Regularly visit client sites to ensure service
quality and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient
service delivery. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive
activities, and regulatory developments. Participate in emergency
response teams as needed and facilitate rapid and effective
decision-making in emergency situations. Strong sales and
negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Ability to
interpret and comply with environmental and safety regulations
Capable of analyzing situations and making quick, effective
