Job Description:
Marvin, a leader in crafted windows and doors, is seeking an
In-Home Sales Consultant to join our Sales & Business Development
team. As the face of Marvin, you will deliver personalized
consultancy services directly in the homes of our customers,
aligning with our heritage of quality and innovation since 1912.
This role requires an individual with a strong sales acumen and a
deep understanding of product customization to meet client
specifications and enhance their living spaces. Travel to client
homes to conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions with
detailed knowledge of Marvin's offerings. Negotiate contracts and
close agreements to achieve sales targets. Maintain relationships
with clients to ensure satisfaction and garner repeat business.
Keep up-to-date with product developments and industry trends to
provide expert advice. Collaborate with the design and
manufacturing teams to ensure client specifications are met. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional negotiation and
closing skills Proven track record in a sales role, preferably
in-home or direct sales Ability to analyze customer needs and
technical requirements Proficiency in CRM software and sales
reporting tools Medical Insurance 401k Certifications in Sales
Management, such as CPSA or similar, are preferred but not
required
