Please review the job details below. Maxar’s Enterprise Sales
organization is currently seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial
Vice President of Sales, New Products to join our team. In this
role, you will own the full sales cycle for emerging technologies,
including our Raptor vision-based software suite—proactively
hunting and closing deals with both Government and Commercial
customers. You will build pipeline from scratch, define
go-to-market strategies, and partner across Product, Marketing, and
Engineering to drive sustained growth. This is a high-impact
opportunity to shape our newest offerings and scale them into
marquee customer wins. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment

want to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute the
go-to-market plan for new product introductions, including target
verticals, messaging, and pricing Proactively identify and qualify
net-new opportunities through outbound prospecting, executive
networking, and channel partnerships Build and manage a rolling
pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities with both Government
(DoD, Civil) and Commercial accounts Lead all phases of the sales
cycle: discovery, proposal development, presentations, negotiating
contracts, and closing deals Collaborate with Product Management to
translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities and feature
enhancements Partner with Marketing to craft launch campaigns,
collateral, and demand-generation programs that accelerate pipeline
velocity Mentor and scale a high-performing team of Sales Directors
and Business Development Representatives as the business grows
Establish and track key sales metrics and forecast models to ensure
attainment of quarterly and annual revenue targets Serve as the
executive face of Maxar at industry events, trade shows, and
customer executive briefings Requirements Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred 10 years
of progressive B2B sales leadership experience, including P&L
or quota responsibility Demonstrated success launching and scaling
at least one new technology product or solution into Government and
Commercial markets Proven hunter with a documented history of
building pipeline from zero and closing six- to seven-figure
enterprise deals Strong understanding of the USG procurement
process (e.g., GSA schedules, IDIQ, RFP/RFI) and commercial
enterprise buying cycles Exceptional executive-level communication,
presentation, and negotiation skills Strategic thinker with
data-driven approach to territory planning, forecasting, and deal
qualification Ability to travel up to 50% Preferred Skills and
Qualifications Active or eligible for TS/SCI clearance Experience
selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) or subscription-based
analytics platforms Hands-on familiarity with CRM platforms
(Salesforce) and sales-enablement tools Prior experience building
and scaling field sales teams across multiple regions Track record
of cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and
