Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking an Sales Representative for Emerging
Markets to join our Outside Sales team. In this role, you will be
responsible for winning new business across your assigned geography
and driving Client’s growth strategy. You’ll travel extensively to
develop partnerships with the best local and regional restaurants,
working closely with a Regional Sales Manager and using a variety
of sales tools. This is a field sales position that requires
in-person transactions and significant travel, primarily within two
hours of your home city but also including occasional overnight
stays and longer travel days. All travel costs will be covered by
the company and monitored for compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Travel extensively to expand Client's footprint in emerging
markets—primarily rural, untapped areas across the country. Sell
restaurant owners on the value of partnering with Client and
negotiate revenue share agreements. Operate within a fast-paced,
transactional deal cycle to close new business quickly—often within
days. Collaborate with a Regional Sales Manager to align with
market and partnership information and leverage sales tools such as
sales sheets, gift cards, and business cards. Compensation: Pay
includes base compensation plus commission for each new restaurant
partnership. On Target Earnings (OTE) for commissions are $1,750
per month, with no cap on earnings. About You: 2.5 years of sales
experience in a closing sales role or similar. Ability and
willingness to travel at least 50% of the time, including overnight
stays. Strategic, efficient, and resourceful in leveraging both
inside and outside sales tactics. Entrepreneurial mindset with a
passion for building strategies and playbooks for scalable
success.
