Job Description:

--- We are seeking a talented Inside Sales person with a desire to earn over $100,000 in their first year.
--- We offer a Base Salary + Commissions with great earning potential, AND ALL LEADS ARE SUPPLIED.

This is a position that requires being in the office all 5 days - no remote applicants please.

Responsibilities:
--- Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople to build our sales team.
--- Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner. All candidates are provided - you text, email, and call pre-qualified, vetted salespeople for interviews.

Qualifications:
--- Prefer Sales, Real Estate, and Recruiting experience but it is not required.
--- Ability to Commute to Bel Air, MD 21015 to work out of our office.
--- Strong money motivation.
--- Great phone voice and attitude.
