In the Americas, REHAU's operations include several manufacturing plants, distribution centers and sales offices located across North, Central and South America. Responsibilities REHAU Incorporated, a leading international construction materials manufacturer, is seeking an outgoing and detailed-oriented Inside Sales Representative/Sales Coordinator for our Building Solutions Division. The Radiant Heating and Plumbing business unit is dedicated to bringing high quality PEX polymer piping systems to the American marketplace. This hybrid position is based in our Minnetonka, MN office. Specific job responsibilities for the Inside Sales Representative/ Sales Coordinator include: Promote and manage relationships with current and new customers throughout the sales territory
Process, review and maintain incoming customer orders
Act as a liaison between customers and outside sales representatives
Participate in customer prospecting/initial contact activities, up-selling, and credit management
Manage customer claims process
Perform administrative duties such as maintaining and shipping product samples and literature, invoicing, and organizing Academy events.
Qualifications
One or more years of relevant inside sales, customer service or internship experience preferred
Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce.com a plus but not required
Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent level of work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
