The right person will be responsible for a variety of engineering duties, including electrical design, business development, and other ancillary tasks, to support the growth of the Leesburg, Virginia, office.
Qualifications And Responsibilities

• Candidates shall possess a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an EAC/ABET certified school
• Candidate shall possess an EIT certification and/or can take the FE exam to obtain EIT certification within one year of hire.
• Diversified knowledge (including internships and coursework) of electrical engineering principles and practices to analyze distribution systems, design lighting systems, and building specialty systems.
• Experience in the commercial, institutional, and retail markets
• Ability to draft and create details using AutoDesk software
• Experience in performing energy code compliance calculations
• Able to conduct site surveys
• Strong organizational and verbal and written communication skills
• Confident when presenting information and responding to questions from internal and external audiences
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic, and cooperative with customers and internal staff
