Customer Service - Relocation Coordinator - Inbound
Victory Van has been an industry leader in the moving, relocation
and storage business for 75 years.
We are seeking Customer Service / Move Coordinators to work in our
dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for
ensuring excellent consumer experience.
This position is under the supervision of the Customer Service
Manager, as a liaison between the Sales Rep, Customer Service and
Operations to ensure all aspects of the move are properly arranged
and within our operational, contractual and industry
guidelines.
Pay & Benefits: $21 - $24/hour DOE plus full health/PTO/401k
match
Essential Duties/Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication throughout the move process with sales,
coordinators, driver and operations
- Obtain and maintain all necessary information and paperwork to
ensure an efficient and timely relocation for the customer
- Alert and update appropriate parties to any changes,
modifications to schedule, etc.
- Ensures file content is complete and accurate
- Communicates directly with the sales and coordinator teams to
schedule and confirm appointment times, delivery, and start times
for all assigned jobs within the system
- Serves as the backup for customer facing coordinators as
needed.
- Responsible for the data integrity in the system regarding
domestic residential COD moves.

- Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience providing outstanding customer service, fostering
trust, and growing customer satisfaction
- Excellent phone presence and etiquette and have multi-tasking
skills.
- Proficient using MS Windows-based software applications to
include Outlook.
- Must be organized detail-oriented, and able to provide support
to other team members, and interact with customers as
needed.
- Ability to work in a fast pace and multi-tasked
environment.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Professional appearance
- Experience in the moving industry is a plus but not required-
we will train the right person!
Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background screen
and drug screening.
Education:
- Bachelors degree and 1-2 years industry experience
preferred;
- Associate degree with at least 2 years of customer service
experience.
- High School graduate or equivalent with 3 years of industry
experience will be considered.
