environment with great people? We are looking for a Tier II System
Administrator with a robust Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
background supporting Microsoft Domain architectures, responding to
trouble calls, building and deploying desktops to customer sites
across primarily the WMA area. Some domestic travel is required
(generally no more than 6 times a year).This support position will
be responsible for the following activities:Support and
troubleshoot issues involving desktop applications including the
Microsoft Office suite of products (including Outlook),
classification management toolsTroubleshoot Windows Server
technologies to include file, print, DNS, DFS and DHCPSupport
helpdesk and users with general issues including public key
infrastructure, application assistance, network troubleshooting and
other items as neededBuild (image) and deploy new workstations, and
configure/ deploy new printers and digital sendersBuild software
packages, support and troubleshoot PDQ Deploy for inventory and
application delivery solutionsPerform application delivery and
patching capabilities using a combination of Microsoft WSUS and PDQ
Deploy productsAct as part of the team responsible for performing
rekey, inventory, ana general account management of the project's
cryptographic accountDocument all new changes introduced to the
system, and keep existing documentation currentBeing able to lift
50 lbs. (responsibilities sometimes include printer
installations)#LI-DD1Required Education, Experience, & Skills We
are looking for a systems engineer with 16 years of relevant
experience with a bachelors/ master's degree or 18 years without a
degree.16 years of ------------direct experience in Systems
Engineering supporting WindowsStrong verbal communication and
documentation skills and attention to detailStrong troubleshooting
skillsProven Microsoft PowerShell coding experience with large data
set harvesting, normalization, and distributionNexpose management,
scans and reportingExperience with security engineering solutions,
vulnerability mitigations, and accreditation solutions and
establishing all program documentation for accreditation
deliverables, leveraging the current A&A framework (and XACTA
360)Well versed in all relevant IC, IT, and Security Policies that
impact system ownership, use, accreditation, and
sustainmentEngineering experience supporting a Windows platform
environment with the following core Microsoft Windows platforms,
services and tools:Windows 11 DesktopWindows 2016/2019/2022
ServerDNS, DFS, and DHCPUser Servers, Print Servers, File
ServersExchange w/OutlookActive DirectoryGroup PolicyWindows Server
