Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat, Hershey's Milk & Milkshakes and more.Starting pay: $25.30/hr - After 1 Year: $27.52/hrNight Differential: $7%Essential FunctionsFollow all Safety SOPs and proceduresPerform Loading, VNA and Receiving functions per SOPsProvide break to Planner when neededOperates a stretch wrapper, forklift, dock equipment and battery changer in a safe mannerFulfill orders per SOPs and customer/facility guidelinesRead/understand information on the load tag to verify quantity for skid is correctSecure cases per SOPs on quality pallets to ensure product integrity is maintained during transitReceive, label and perform basic tasks within Warehouse Management System (WMS) for product identification and adjustmentsUtilize inventory management system efficiently and accurately (WMS, Yard Management System (YMS), Infolink, and Transportation Management System (TMS))Keep dock boards updated with critical information per SOP for efficient load outMonitor products on loaded trailers to ensure meets customer expectations and certification requirements for HP Hood and customersVerify skid counts on loads match ordersEnsure product is loaded and unloaded in a safe efficient manner, compliant with SOP guidelines.Communicate clearly and professionally with others via radio, directly and within systemsInspect equipment and provides work orders for any items in need of repair to LeadershipValidate, create and provide changes for SOP documents for positionConduct Shift Change Brief with prior shiftKeep assigned areas and work floor clean and organizedOther duties as assigned by shift supervisorVarious tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company productsEducation and Experience Physical RequirementsExcellent driving skills, hand/foot-eye coordination and manual dexterityGood record keeping / clerical skillsGood basic math and reading skillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience or training as a forklift operator is desirablePrior experience in the manufacturing industry is desirableExcellent computer skills Lifting: Heavy (over 70 lbs.) infrequentlyStanding: Long periods (a minimum of 6 hours)Sitting: Long periods (a minimum of 6 hours)Walking: ConstantlyAbility to climb: InfrequentlyBending: FrequentlyAbility to work with arms outstretched to the frontPushing/Pulling: under 75 lbs. without assistance infrequentlySpecial Requirements---Ability to become forklift certifiedAbility to work in Cold Warehouse environmentAbility to multi-task
