Job Description:

Lynker Corporation is seeking to hire a Business Development and Training Lead Specialist to support our ongoing Business Development Enterprise Science and Information Group and client Learning Service Technical Requirements. The Client efforts will focus on training, facilitation, and learning services opportunities and will branch out into other Lynker business areas where needed. Some travel to meetings, conferences, and training or other events in support of developing new business, organizational networks, and client needs may be required. This position is anticipated to begin January 2023.

Position Description:

• 
  
• Researching federal, state, county, and non-profit organization training, facilitation, learning services, and environmental contracting and grant opportunities;
  
• Running identification and capture efforts for future contract opportunities
  
• Assisting with and over time leading development of proposals and other responses, including standing up response templates and assigning/managing staff pursuant to same;
  
• Writing proposal technical content in area of expertise;
  
• Maintaining Client files and documents in an organized fashion; ;
  
• Assist with creating position descriptions and recruiting for vacancies in training a
  
• Helping coordinate Client-related efforts across the Business Unit and with Lynker Corporate Growth Office
  
• Supporting client instructional design and training technical support requirements and projects.
  
• Manage new contracts and projects secured through Client efforts.
  
  
  Business Development and Training Lead Specialist minimum required qualifications include:
  
  
  
  • 
    
  • Familiarity with Lynker's clients, work areas, and business development landscape;
    
  • Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in learning services or communications
    
  • Relevant education or significant (10+ years) work history in business development, contract/grant management and/or technical expertise in instructional design and training.
    
  • Exceptional writing and organizational skills
    
  • Demonstrated business development skills and background for Lynker.
