Summary:
The full scope of this work for the SBA includes development of a new certification system for Service Disabled Veteran Owned businesses. It is anticipated that the employee will be required to provide subject matter expertise during each lifecycle phase of the software development work to include requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, training, and operations and maintenance. When directed by the Evanhoe project manager, the employee shall provide subject matter expertise in support of these lifecycle phases. -
Job Duties:

• 
  
• Evaluate and support the development of the requirements for the new Veteran Certification Management System (VCMS). Participate in policy and requirements meetings. -
  
• Provide user testing support services for the developed system. Provide feedback and make suggestions for the usability of the developed system.
  
• Attend industry advocacy meetings to provide training and ultimately prepare the user base for the new system. With permission from the SBA and prime contractor, Evanhoe, the SME personnel will give training and presentations to spur adoption and buy-in from the user community. The SME's will provide subject matter expertise to support Evanhoe and the SBA in development of the following types of trainings:

• Integrated training
  
• Group, live training
  
• User guides, to include guides for business firm users as well as SBA staff users.
