RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer email and phones to assist clients with their requests
  • Create electronic estimates and invoices
  • Help the sales team with preparing estimates and contacting vendors
  • Maintain store appearance
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure orders are scheduled and on time
  • Contact vendors as needed
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
  • Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various FASTSIGNS products
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and email activity
  • Prepare estimates and establish/maintain estimate follow-up procedures
  • Communicate with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule
  • Execute a variety of marketing functions, including database mailings, thank you cards, press releases, etc.
  • Help as needed with reports, close-out, invoices, and required paperwork
  • Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues
  • Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred
  • Previous service business experience desired
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient computer and internet skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to carry a business conversation with customers
  • Good composition and writing skills, including proof-reading/editing skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to take direction
  • Familiarity with Graphic Design a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with multiple software programs to include: G-Suite, Microsoft Office suite, and point of sale system
