Position Summary

The Administrative Support / Reception reports directly to the Precision Tune Auto Care CFO/Controller and will support the Accounting Team. As a valuable team member, this individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining the reception area and assist the Accounting department and other departments as needed.

This is a full-time position. This position is located at our corporate office in Leesburg, VA.

Duties & Responsibilities
Answering all incoming calls and directing them to appropriate staff
Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and store packets
Greet visitors to the corporate office and direct them as needed
Perform daily data entry as required for the accounting department
Prepare bank deposits and ETFs
Assemble statements and reports that require utilization from a variety of sources
Review and audit company store sales information and file paperwork
Support Accounts Receivable: apply cash receipt, assist with collection of past due balance, and process daily invoices/credits
Support Accounts Payable: A/P invoice matching filing, vendor invoices and disbursement filing
Assist with quarterly inventory counts
Assist the Sales & Purchasing Coordinator as needed.
Companywide accounting and administration support with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, other ad hoc projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Some College is preferred.
1-2 years of work experience as receptionist and excellent phone skills
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with variety.
Outstanding data entry, organizational and memorization skills
Strong customer service skills and patience for disgruntled customers
Ability to work under pressure
Extremely punctual
Willing to be cross-train in other areas to fully support Accounting and Marketing
Excellent attention to detail is required.
Must have a strong self-starting work ethic.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
