Description:Minimum of two years verifiable phlebotomy experience. Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Administrative and clerical duties as necessaryHas comprehensive understanding of compliance and safety and is able to effectively communicate the importance of compliance and safety to other employees.Must have a firm baseline of phlebotomy experience (include knowledge about draws, needles, tubes/which tests go in which tubes, etc.)Skills:Venipuncture, Phlebotomy, Specimen collection, Phlebotomy certification, Blood drawTop Skills Details:Phlebotomist Blood Draw VenipunctureAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Phlebotomy certification preferred or completion of an approved phlebotomy training course, or equivalent experience through previous employment.Minimum of two years verifiable phlebotomy experienceExperience with patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatricAbility to handle 20-30 draws per dayMust have a strong ability to multi-task with great customer-service skillExperience Level:Expert LevelHOURS:Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
