Psychotherapist Innerchange Psychological Services of Virginia is looking to hire part time and full-time psychotherapists to join our growing team in a busy and established private practice. Opportunity to work part time (minimum of 15 hour per week) or to grow the position to a full-time caseload if interested. Therapy office is located in Ashburn, Virginia; however, due to current Covid-19 pandemic, we are looking to hire new clinicians that will work remotely, and ideally eventually transition to a hybrid model of both remote teletherapy and some office days at the office in Ashburn, Virginia. However, applicants who are only interested in permanent remote Teletherapy work will also be strongly considered. Because all of our work is currently done remotely, clinicians are able to create his/her own schedule while all work is done remotely. Some restrictions on days/hours may be put on schedules once we return to the office, but clinicians will have a significant say in how they want their schedule to work and what hours would be ideal for the candidate to work. Additionally, clinicians who live out of state but have a Virginia license to practice independently will also be strongly considered. Requirements include being fully independently licensed in the state of Virginia with at least 2 years post independent licensure experience. Postdoctoral residents who need a year of postdoctoral supervision toward licensure will also strongly be considered. Candidates will be paneled with Blue Cross Blue Shield and CareFirst PPO insurance panels in Virginia upon employment, which the company will complete for the candidate. The practice currently works only with adults and couples and ideally the candidate would have a niche (couples, EMDR, trauma, grief, young adults, parenting, etc.). Candidates must be independent, self-driven, positive, enthusiastic, and driven to build a caseload.The position offers a flexible work schedule. Must be willing to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow to full time if desired. Therapist will be hired to the practice as either a part-time or full-time W2 employee with employee incentives.The company will offer a steady stream of referrals, do all billing for the clinician, marketing, administrative duties, assistance with insurance credentialing, and a fully furnished office once it is safe to return to the office (if the clinician wants to do in-person therapy sessions), all of which will be provided by the practice. Our group is fun, tight-knit, collegial, and excited to welcome new members to our growing team.Requirements are:* Current State of Virginia active license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC (or Doctoral student just needing Postdoctoral year in order to obtain licensure).* Willing to work a minimum of 15 hours per week or more with a flexible schedule.* Two years post independent licensure experience (preferred).* Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in related fields.* Independently Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctoral resident seeking postdoctoral residency in order to obtain independent license.* Excited to join a growing, thriving private practice and be a member of our fun, dedicated, and invested team of clinicians.* Interested in working a hybrid model of certain days in the office (once it is safe to do so) as well as some days remotely.
