Job Description Orthopedic Clinical Surgery Director RN Company Work Location: Leesburg, VA Domain: Health Care Candidates must have Green card or US Citizens ONLY Required Skills: • MSN Preferred • certified in Joint, Ortho, Bariatric, Pain Management • Management experience - assistant NM/NM experience • Proven leadership skills • Patient volume varies, however there are 42 beds in the
unit • You will be responsible for 48 FTE’s • National center of excellence for joint, spine and bariatric
surgery We want a person who will continue on the service excellence
patient experience, maintain and exceed quality metrics and work
collaboratively with nurse navigators for bariatric, joints and
spine (excellence) Responsibility: Mon-Fri 8 hour days, but with 24/7 accountablity • You can expect to be on the floor 60-70% of the time rounding
with staff focusing on patient experience, accomplishing goals,
establishing exceptional service. • You will also be responsible for maintaining and increasing
Press Gainey scores. • You should have leadership experience that involves
implementing process and holding people accountable. In this role
