Job Description:

sectors, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Technician Lead
to oversee and enhance operations within our manufacturing

responsibly. As a pivotal member of our industrial services team,
the Industrial Technician Lead will champion equipment maintenance,
process improvements, and team leadership, ensuring operational
efficiency and safety at all times. Oversee daily operations within
the manufacturing unit ensuring compliance with both company
standards and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor a team of
technicians, scheduling tasks and managing workloads to optimize
productivity and minimize downtime. Implement continuous
improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or other
methodologies to enhance production efficiency and quality. Perform
routine and emergency maintenance on industrial machinery,
coordinating with external vendors or contractors as needed. Track
performance metrics and prepare detailed reports on production and
maintenance for upper management. Ensure all activities adhere to
safety standards and environmental regulations. Manage inventory of
parts and tools, collaborating with procurement and logistics to
maintain necessary supplies. Strong leadership and management
skills Experience in automation and manufacturing systems
Proficient in using industrial diagnostic tools Familiar with Lean,
Six Sigma, and continuous improvement processes Ability to solve
complex mechanical and electrical problems Excellent organizational

Professional (CMRP) is preferred. Six Sigma Certification (Green
