Job Description:
Our client, an industry leader in aerospace manufacturing, is
seeking a Aerospace Quality Inspector to join their team. As a
Aerospace Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality
Assurance department supporting aerospace and industrial seal
applications. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail,
strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality, which
will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Aerospace
Quality Inspector- DIRECT HIRE - $57K-$68K Location: Hanover, PA
Pay Range: $27.83 - $32.72 Shift: 2nd shift (3PM to 11PM Mon-Fri)
and 3rd shift (11PM to 7AM Sun-Thurs) What's the Job? Perform
inspection steps as outlined on inspection sequences and drawings
on aerospace and industrial components. Use prints, sketches,
process sheets, etc., to ensure work is within specifications and
conformance. Conduct quality testing to verify compliance with
specifications. Visually inspect products for defects or
irregularities. Maintain accurate records and paperwork related to
inspections. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of
3 years of experience working within a manufacturing quality role.
At least 1 year of experience with precise measuring equipment and
devices with tight tolerances. Ability to read and interpret
dimensional blueprints. Ability to work on any shift and follow
safety protocols. What's in it for me? Starting wage of $27.83/hour
plus a $0.75/hour shift differential. Hourly wage increases every 9
months, along with annual compensation increases. Permanent
