are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our
team as a Beef Production Superintendent. This is a permanent role
within our Manufacturing sector, responsible for overseeing all
aspects of beef production, including quality control, food safety,
and meat processing. This role is crucial to our operation,
ensuring the highest standards of production are met, and our
products exceed our customers' expectations. Responsibilities: As a
Beef Production Superintendent, your primary responsibilities will
include: 1. Overseeing the daily operations of the beef production
line, ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
2. Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure
the highest quality of beef products. 3. Ensuring adherence to all
food safety regulations and standards, including HACCP, SQF, and
USDA guidelines. 4. Supervising the meat processing, including beef
cuts, beef SKU cuts, and steak cuts. 5. Training and supervising
staff, ensuring they are following all safety and quality
protocols. 6. Collaborating with other departments to implement new
production methods or processes. 7. Addressing any issues or
problems that may arise in the production line, and implementing
solutions promptly. 8. Regularly reviewing and updating production
processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
9. Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all production
equipment and facilities. Qualifications: To be considered for this
role, you must have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a
similar role within the Beef Processing industry. 2. Extensive
knowledge of quality control measures, food safety regulations, and
meat processing techniques. 3. Experience with HACCP, SQF, and USDA
guidelines. 4. A thorough understanding of beef cuts, beef SKU
cuts, and steak cuts. 5. Strong leadership and supervisory skills,
with the ability to train and manage a team effectively. 6.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address
issues promptly and implement effective solutions. 7. Strong
communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with other
departments and communicate effectively with staff. 8. A high level
of attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of products at
all times. 9. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
