Job Description Job Description Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Warehouse department supporting the Firearms Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Carlos, MN Pay Range: Pay based on experience, starting at $23/hour What's the Job? Oversee the activities of the warehouse, ensuring effective operations and safety. Control the movement and storage of materials within the plant using automated systems. Manage the receipt, storage, and movement of goods to meet customer delivery schedules. Supervise all shipping/material personnel and ensure compliance with safety standards. Perform basic computer functions related to inventory management and shipping documentation. What's Needed? Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and financial reports. Strong mathematical skills for inventory and shipping calculations. Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and management. Ability to solve practical problems in a dynamic work environment. What's in it for me?
