I am partnered with a DC firm that is looking to add a Commercial and Business Litigation Associate to their team. This position is with a boutique firm that has excellent mentorship opportunities and growth opportunities in complex commercial litigation. Background: 2-6 years of experience in private commercial litigation practice Practice areas of interest include complex commercial and business litigation, employment, business torts, construction disputes Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments Motions practice, dispositive motions Experience in state, federal and appellate courts Admitted in MD, VA and/or DC Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity for a hybrid position Collaborative work environment Challenged with interesting work for interesting clients Salary will be commensurate with experience.
