Location: Arlington, VA Clearance Required: TS/SCI minimum (US Citizen) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: Praescient Analytics is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in support of an Army contract. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full technology stack, leveraging the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices to deliver high-quality software solutions at the speed of the mission. This role requires a strong technical foundation, creativity, and a commitment to delivering secure, scalable, and mission-critical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Research, design, and develop computer and network software, as well as specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs to develop software solutions using principles of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Update and enhance existing software capabilities to meet evolving requirements. Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems, and develop system specifications and performance requirements. Maintain and coordinate databases within application areas, both individually and as part of a development team. Demonstrate practical expertise across the full application technology stack, including front-end, back-end, and database components. Leverage the software development lifecycle and/or DevOps pipeline to ensure rapid, high-quality delivery of functionality. Support design, implementation, scheduling, testing, and deployment of full software features and components. Conduct thorough testing and code reviews to ensure software quality. Develop and maintain services, applications, servers, and databases that support ARNG G-2 solutions. Support the design, deployment, operation, and maintenance of secure software-defined infrastructures. Implement ARNG G-2 architecture to support social networking, multi-media, Personnel Assessment Instrument (PAI), and key performance indicators. Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance - Required. At least 5 years of experience with secure software-defined infrastructures and military or government applications. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with demonstrated knowledge of front-end, back-end, and database technologies. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and the full software development lifecycle. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with social networking, multi-media applications, and PAI systems. Experience developing solutions in a mission-critical government or defense environment.
