Job Description:
At ManTech, our Mission Delivery Center Technician will be
pivotal in implementing cutting-edge technology solutions critical
for the strategic operations of U.S. national security programs.
This role involves direct technical support, system monitoring, and
maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal system
performance and security compliance. By joining our team, you
become part of a dedicated group supporting the information systems
and technologies that safeguard our nation. Monitor and maintain IT
systems within the national security framework. Implement system
updates and ensure compliance with the latest security protocols.
Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of network and system
issues. Record technical issues and solutions in system logs.
Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system infrastructure and
support strategic operations. Strong understanding of network
configurations, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP. Proficiency in
Windows/Linux server environments. Ability to diagnose and
troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Experience with security
compliance and vulnerability assessments. CompTIA Security
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or similar Cisco
Certified Network Associate (CCNA) preferred
