Job Description:
ManTech seeks an Application Developer dedicated to supporting
our mission-critical programs for the intelligence and defense
communities. In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team
to design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions,
ensuring the security and effectiveness of essential national
operations. Develop and maintain high-quality software applications
for national security projects. Collaborate with analysts and
designers in the development and initiation of new software
programs and applications. Oversee the quality assurance of program
logic, data processing, and error resolution. Develop an
understanding of customer goals and objectives and develop
solutions that align with them. Continually update technical
knowledge and skills by attending in-house and external courses,
reading manuals, and accessing new applications. Proficiency in
multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or
similar. Experience with databases, application services, and API
usage. Ability to work with complex data systems and meet security
compliance and standards. Strong problem-solving skills and the
ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills to
interact with stakeholders and team members. Certified Application
Developer (CAD) Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional
(CSSLP) AWS Certified Developer – Associate, or Microsoft
Certified: Azure Developer Associate
