Job Description:

seeking an experienced Federal Business Development Director. This
role is tailored for those passionate about driving growth and
establishing strong partnerships within the federal sector, using
cutting-edge AI-driven technologies, analytics, and cloud services
to support public sector missions. The ideal candidate will bring a
strategic vision and a proven track record in navigating complex
government deals, executing business strategies, and adopting an
insight-driven sales approach. Identify and develop new business
opportunities within the federal government sector. Lead strategic
account planning and execution for federal contracts. Navigate
complex government procurement processes and contract negotiations.
Maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and
decision-makers. Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to
tailor presentations and proposals that meet specific agency needs.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes that impact the
federal marketplace. Ensure compliance with all federal contracting
regulations. Proven experience in government sales and
understanding of federal procurement processes. Strong leadership
and communication skills. Ability to manage complex sales cycles
and contract negotiations. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft
Office. Capability to interpret market analytics and adjust
strategies accordingly. 401k Medical Insurance PMP (Project
Management Professional) certification is preferred but not
required. Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
and related federal business policies.
