What You'll Do Build and deploy full-stack applications in Python, PostgreSQL, React, and Dash . Deliver production-ready solutions in hours, not weeks - when traders need something, you make it happen. Tackle challenging subject matter: electrical grid modeling, physics-based risk analysis, and contingency planning . Write, test, and own your code end-to-end in a collaborative, small-team environment. What We're Looking For Top-tier computer science education - we look for candidates from leading programs with strong GPAs. Strong foundation in Python ; ability to learn React & SQL. Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset - no lone wolves here. High intellectual curiosity and the drive to absorb complex technical concepts in real time. Engineer/math-inclined problem solver who thrives in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. Compensation Competitive total package: $120K-$200K all-in , commensurate with experience and ability.
