Our client, a mission-based nonprofit organization in Arlington, VA, has an immediate need for a temporary Data Program Manager to support their team for 6 months! About the Job: Support data systems through ensuring data quality, monitoring compliance, analyzing data, and generating reports. Monitor program activities, manage grantee and partner relationships, and support RFPs/proposal development. Develop and share findings through written reports, presentations, webinars, and publications. Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners and actively engage in team meetings and work planning. Compile weekly updates, support online surveys and meeting documentation, and handle other responsibilities as needed. About You: 2 years of relevant programmatic experience are required, preferably in public health. A bachelor's degree is required. Proficient in MS Suite and Asana or other CRMs is required. Familiarity with webinar technology is a plus! Strong critical thinking skills with a knack for translation data for non-technical audiences. Effective written communication, proofreading, interpersonal, and presentation skills. About the Position: $28/hr-$31/hr, depending on experience. Temporary for 6 months. Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
