• Provide full lifecycle recruiting
  • Create position descriptions and post online
  • Source, qualify and screen candidates
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Negotiate salaries and make offers
  • Provide onboarding assistance
  • Build relationships and collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job boards and social media to attract and hire qualified candidates
  • Update and maintain ATS
  • Respond to candidate inquiries
  • Perform reference checks

    • 3 years of professional recruiting experience
    • Demonstrated ability to recruit cleared talent
    • Experience supporting federal customers
    • Bachelor's degree (HR preferred) or equivalent work experience
    • Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience using various tools and techniques to include social networking, internal and external databases, job boards and other recruiting resources
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Well-versed in social media recruiting
    • Ability to work remotely and independently
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 Business Suite
    • ATS experiencePreferred Qualifications
      • Involvement in proposal recruiting efforts
      • Strong technical skills with an understanding of technical terms and concepts
      • Knowledge of HUBZone requiremnts
      • PHR or SHRM certificationSoft Skills
        • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship building
        • Strong work ethic
