Title: Solutions RecruiterLocation: Leesburg, VA Job Summary:At Bravo, we innovate. Our Recruiting Team is an essential part of our Bravo Team because Solutions Recruiters identify top talent, assess personalities and skillsets, and build relationships with prospective Bravo Team Members. We are the gatekeepers of Bravo's collective DNA. Here's a snapshot of the life of a Solutions Recruiter:

  • Research Position Descriptions to gain working knowledge of the position and the technologies and skills that it includes
  • Use strategic thinking and industry knowledge to source and identify strong candidates
  • Reach out to 50+ candidates daily through phone, email, and social media
  • Build relationships with candidates - ensuring that any opportunity at Bravo is a positive, advantageous career move and a step towards accomplishing their career goals
  • Assess candidate personality and skills to verify their fit with Bravo and for the specific position in mind
  • Over-communicate and hold candidates' hands as they move through our hiring process and interviews
  • Facilitate a streamlined onboarding process for candidates that are selected for hire
  • Maintain a relationship with new Bravo Team members, especially through the early stages of employment
  • Build and maintain a network / pipeline of candidates for future opportunities and referrals
  • Constantly grow in knowledge of IT industries and technologies
  • Engage with program and recruiting leads to anticipate staffing needs and develop effective staffing approaches
  • Push yourself with tenacity to do what it takes to accomplish personal and team goals

    • Ability to learn technologies, tools, and software applications quickly
    • A willingness to make 50 phone calls daily to candidates
    • Teachability - we are not jerks, but we hold each other accountable and offer candid, constructive criticism to help each other grow and make our team successful
    • Dynamism - trying to think outside of the box and being willing to shift with shifting priorities
    • Determination - this job involves a lot of failing forward and learning from mistakes
    • Strong communication skills and people skills
    • Flexibility - people who thrive in this position are able and willing to work after 5:00 p.m. and potentially on Saturdays from time to time (we do not expect you to work more than 40 hours, but structuring our 40 hours around later hours is very productive)Desired Qualifications:
      • Experience performing recruitment for highly cleared government contracts (TS/SCI w/ polygraph)
      • Understanding of the world of Information Technology (e.g., Software Development, Cloud Tech, Cyber Security)
      • Understanding of Federal or Commercial Contracts
