Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead our dynamic kitchen

will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, from crafting

daily kitchen operations and coordinate food production schedules
to ensure timely service. Oversee the work of kitchen staff,
providing training, instruction, and mentorship. Maintain and
execute strict health and safety standards in all cooking and food
handling processes. Collaborate with management and client
representatives to understand and fulfill the specific food service
needs and preferences. Manage food and labor costs effectively,
ensuring maximum efficiency. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work
areas to guarantee conformance to established standards.
Incorporate seasonal ingredients and introduce new culinary
techniques to the kitchen operations. Strong leadership and
personnel management skills High proficiency in various cooking
methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Excellent
