JOB SUMMARY

The Seasonal Cashier will be the final face of our outstanding customer service as they process guest transactions, keep a safe and clean work environment, and assist our operations team with tasks as required, including entryway cleanliness and cart management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Provides customers a positive shopping experience with a smile and a can-do attitude.
* Performs cashier duties accurately while processing all transactions per policy.
* Maintains 5S standards (Sort, Straighten, Systematic cleanup, Standardize and Sustain) in the front end.
* Responsible for keeping register and front-end area clean.
* Retrieve shopping carts from parking lot as needed.
* Ensures a safe working and shopping environment while minimizing shrink and damages.
* Executes company directives, policies and procedures timely, accurately, and thoroughly.
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications & Competencies:

* At least 16 years old
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., team lift 100 lbs.
