  • Will train
  • Must have excellent customer service skills. Greet and welcome service customers in a genuinely friendly and courteous manner
  • Maintain a high level of personal grooming, hygiene, and dress consistent with company policies.
  • Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customers.
  • Experience with receiving money, handling it and provide monetary change for all Sales, Service and Parts & Accessories departments
  • Input necessary data stemming from all transactions
  • Need to have great organization of all transactions
  • Provide license plates to customers once they arrive at the dealership
  • Be able to handle phone calls, take messages and transfer customers to the right departments
  • Provide high quality assistance to Office Director to ensure a smooth running and productive office environment
  • Input data for multiple departments
