What You ll Do

• Provide neonatology care for newborns in a 6-bed Level II special care nursery
• Cover newborn nursery responsibilities in a team-based model with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists
• Deliver family-centered, quality healthcare for newborns and their families
• Participate in CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) initiatives
• Contribute to or support clinical research projects as applicable
• Coordinate care with internal teams and utilize available sub-specialty support
• Collaborate with a broader network of providers to share best practices and ideas

What You Need
Required

• Board Certified in Neonatology (as described)

Preferred

• Experience working in or supporting care for Level II special care nursery / neonatal services (not explicitly stated, inferred from role requirements)
