seeking a local contract nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a local
contract nursing job in Reston, Virginia. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery - Discipline: RN -
Duration: 13 weeks - 3 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights -
Employment Type: Local Contract Unit Specifics: - 15 LDR - 3 OB
triage rooms - 3 ORs - 4 bay PACU - 4 antepartum rooms. - Level III
NICU - Documentation system: Meditech, CPN - Floating policy:
within women’s and children’s service line - Patient Experience
requirements: labor and delivery, circulate c sections, IV drips
such as magnesium, high acuity Hospital Specifics- -
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWOHHN Fetal Heart Rate
Intermediate Advanced skills needed: - Experience with fast paced
LD unit - Experience with scrub role and circulating in OR helpful
Procedures performed on unit: c/sections, epidurals, blood patch,
spinals, cerclage, version We do not require EFM intermediate We do
not perform blood patch almost ever so please remove that Resource
pool, per diem, and travel contracts available as well.
