Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Long Term Acute Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift/n/n Assignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n Night shifts, 3x12.0 hours. /n/nJob Description/n The Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by assuring the nursing care plan is followed. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees. The RN embraces the company's core values, focusing on superior quality care, safety, and teamwork. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Perform a nursing assessment on all patients within 8 hours of admission. /n - Identify teaching needs and goals related to each patient's diagnosis. /n - Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in a timely manner. /n - Participate in the patient rehabilitation program, utilizing the nursing process. /n - Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from day of admission. /n - Communicate pertinent information regarding changes in patient status to ensure continuity of care. /n - Provide training and supervision of ancillary nursing personnel. /n - Maintain safety standards and promote a positive work environment. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - BLS Certification Required Prior to First Shift /n - ACLS Required Prior to First Shift (CIRH Only) /n - Minimum of Two (2) Years Bedside Clinical Experience /n - ICU experience preferred /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
