Required Skills : Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Valid medical license to practice in Maryland Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Proven experience in obstetric and hospitalist care Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems Nice to Have Skills : Neonatal resuscitation certification (NRP) Experience in high-volume obstetric settings Familiarity with hospital protocols and quality improvement initiatives Bilingual proficiency appreciated but not required Preferred Education and Experience : MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Minimum 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience Prior experience in locum physician roles is advantageous Active Maryland medical license or eligibility for licensing Other Requirements : Availability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Current BLS and NRP certifications Ability to comply with all hospital and state health and safety guidelines Willingness to travel if necessary; travel reimbursements available when applicable Valid DEA registration and malpractice insurance coverage This incredible opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $195.00, along with comprehensive benefits and support to ensure your success as a healthcare provider.
