seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our
Skilled Nursing team on night shift. If you’re looking for a

this is the place for you! Position Details - Schedule: 10:30 PM –
6:30 AM, Tuesday - Friday; No Weekends! - Hours: 32 hours/week -
Pay: $32.30 – $34.90/hour - Differential: Evening shift $3.00/hour
| Night Shift $1.00/hour | Weekends $1.25/hour Benefits - Paid

Do As an LPN at Fairmount Homes, you’ll play a vital role in
ensuring residents receive exceptional care. Responsibilities
include: - Administering medications and treatments per physician’s
orders - Supervising nursing assistants and ensuring accountability
to policies and procedures - Completing accurate nursing
documentation and reports - Making resident rounds and monitoring
resident status - Communicating updates, incidents, and concerns to
the RN Supervisor - Assisting with admissions, discharges,
transfers, and assessments - Upholding safety, infection control,
