a qualified Rehab RN in Fishersville, Virginia, 22939! Job Title:

ratio of 1:8 - Familiarity with electronic charting systems
Description: The position requires a rehabilitation nurse to work
in a small unit within an acute care setting. The nurse will
provide care for patients with a variety of diagnoses including
stroke, neuro conditions, and trauma. Patient care involves
participation in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech
language pathology for three hours a day. The nurse will be the
only registered nurse on duty during assigned shifts but will have
access to other nursing staff within the building for support.
Candidates must be comfortable working independently and capable of
handling a diverse range of patient needs and diagnoses. Applicants
should have previous experience in a skilled nursing or similar
medical/surgical unit. A zero-tolerance policy for THC is enforced,
