Job Description:

dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you
will provide top-notch patient care in our long-term and short-term
care facilities, focusing on our unique approach centered on
individualized, patient-specific treatment plans to optimize health
outcomes. As a pivotal part of our healthcare team, you will work
closely with multidisciplinary professionals to implement effective
patient care strategies, tailored to the comprehensive needs of our
diverse patient population. Administer medications and treatments
as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patient conditions
regularly and report changes to the appropriate team members.
Develop and implement nursing care plans and assess patient
progress in accordance with treatment plans. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care. Educate
patients and their families on treatment plans and health
maintenance. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and
maintain patient confidentiality. Strong clinical skills with an
ability to handle medical emergencies. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks
in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using healthcare
software and patient management systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must hold current RN
License. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
