Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We are seeking a compassionate
and reliable Live-In Caregiver to provide full-time support for a
28-year-old male client with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). The caregiver
will live on-site and provide: Personal care and assistance with
daily activities Mobility support using a wheelchair and assistance
with transfers Nighttime care, including repositioning and comfort
Transportation using a wheelchair-accessible van Patient Overview
Age: 28 years old Weight: ~160 lbs Condition: Multiple Sclerosis
(MS) Lower body mobility is limited Fully alert and communicates
clearly Uses a mobile wheelchair during the day (doubles as a
sofa/bed) Requires twisting and turning / repositioning at night
Job Type & Location Full-time, live-in position Preferred location:
Bethesda, MD Responsibilities Assist with daily personal care and
bathroom needs (client communicates when assistance is needed)
Support mobility using a mobile wheelchair Assist with
repositioning and comfort during the night Drive the client using a
wheelchair-accessible van Transport client to and from work 34 days
per week, 45 hours per shift Ensure the clients safety, comfort,
and well-being Schedule Monday to Sunday Live-in availability
required, including overnight care Daytime and nighttime support
Flexible to accommodate changes in clients daily routine
Qualifications Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license
required CPR certification required Experience with MS or
mobility-impaired clients preferred Physically able to assist with
transfers, repositioning, and overnight care Valid drivers license
and confident driving a small van Patient, dependable, and
compassionate Compensation & Benefits $160$180 per day, based on
experience Room and board included Long-term, supportive live-in
