Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel ICU Registered Nurse - Nights/n/n Location/n West Virginia /n/nAssignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; every other weekend; holiday rotations. /n/nJob Description/n Join an experienced ICU team where you will provide critical care to patients in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for caring for an average daily census of 16-17 patients, with a focus on both Medical and Surgical Intensive Care as well as Neurosurgical patients. The unit features a 1:1-2 nurse-to-patient ratio in ICU settings and 1:3 ratio in Stepdown settings, ensuring high-quality, personalized care. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications. /n - Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop and adjust individualized patient care plans. /n - Respond to emergencies and provide essential interventions as required. /n - Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and preventive measures. /n - Document patient care activities clearly and accurately in the electronic health record (EPIC). /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Current RN licensure in the state of West Virginia. /n - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS are required; TNCC preferred. /n - Experience in an ICU setting with exposure to ventilators and critical care protocols. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
