Job Description:

In this role, you will provide compassionate nursing care at top
health facilities, working closely with RNs and doctors to deliver
patient-centered healthcare. You will be a pivotal part of a team
that values collaboration, innovation in medical treatments, and
most importantly, compassionate patient interactions. Administer
nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients within a
facility setting. Monitor patient health and record signs like
blood pressure and temperature. Provide basic patient care and
treatments, such as dressing wounds, bathing, and dressing.
Communicate with registered nurses and physicians, reporting the
essential signs and symptoms of patients. Maintain accurate records
of patients’ medical histories and treatment plans. Educate
patients and their families on health maintenance and disease
prevention. Follow all health care regulations and standards.
Strong practical nursing skills. Excellent patient management
skills and empathy. Ability to maintain accurate patient records
and documentation. Proficient in administering medications and
treatments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Active LPN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. IV
certification is preferred.
