Job Description:

Wellness Nurse LPN LVN, where you will play a pivotal role in

senior residents. In this role, you will work in a nurturing
environment, focusing on health monitoring, medication management,
and coordinating with healthcare specialists to ensure a holistic
approach to each residents well-being. This position is ideal for

difference in the lives of others within a residential setting.
Assess the health status of residents by monitoring vital signs and
evaluating physical and mental health. Administer medications and
maintain accurate health records according to state regulations and
company policies. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare
professionals to implement resident care plans accurately and
effectively. Provide compassionate care and assist with daily
living activities as needed to support the independence and
well-being of seniors. Educate residents and their families on
health maintenance and disease prevention. Participate in the
development and implementation of wellness initiatives tailored for
senior living. Proficient in medication administration. Strong
assessment and monitoring abilities. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a
healthcare team. Capable of handling sensitive information
confidentially. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN license in the state of
employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Geriatric care
training or certification preferred.
